1. How soon can I get my photos and video delivered?
All photos are delivered within 24 hours, and video within 48–72 hours depending on the package. Rush delivery is available upon request.
2. How far in advance should I book a shoot?
Most agents book 3–5 days in advance, but same-day or next-day options may be available depending on the schedule. The new booking portal will show all open time slots in real time.
3. How should the property be prepared before the shoot?
To ensure your listing gets The Listed Look, I recommend a clean, decluttered, fully staged space. Upon booking, you’ll receive a preparation checklist you can share with your clients.
4. What happens if the weather is bad. Will I be charged a rescheduling fee?
Cloudy days are typically not a problem, but heavy rain or strong winds may require rescheduling. Drone flights must comply with FAA safety guidelines, so alternative dates may be suggested if necessary. There is no charge for rescheduling due to weather.
5. How do I receive my photos and video?
You’ll receive a downloadable gallery link with both MLS-optimized and high-resolution files. Video files are delivered via a Dropbox Folder with download links suitable for MLS, social media, and YouTube.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are handled through the booking portal powered by Stripe. Credit card, debit card, and select payment options are available.
